Digifort participates in design and launch of Show Case IT & C in the metropolitan area of Santos

Copies of the Show Case were delivered at the event

“Entrepreneurs united in supporting the development of IT & C industry in the region.” With this motto will be released on Show Case Santos and IT & C Region, catalog corporate segment of Information Technology and Communication of Santos (SP). The material brings together 24 companies in the software development, industrial automation, training, trade, services and business management who work or are established in Santos, Sao Paulo, ABCD, Brazil and abroad. The launch event was held on February 9, the Mendes Convention Center in Santos (SP).

The initiative for the project came from the entrepreneurs themselves in 2010, meeting as members and guests of the Chamber of Information Technology and Communications Trade Association Saints (ACS). At the time, to strengthen the sector, local governance and partner organizations have suggested the development of a unified promotional material, providing greater power to exposure to companies participating in this forum and parallel groups. From this March, the project was developed during 2011, meeting 24 companies participating and giving rise to the Show Case IT & C Santos and Region.

Made with a magazine format and language, the material favors a particular literary vision and the participating companies, providing space for your official data, presentations and success stories are contacts to the market. The project added firms previously unknown to each other, narrowing the corporate relationship and friendly participants. Each company covers a double page in the Show Case, which are also published photos, reviews, investments, difficulties and peculiarities of each business, revealing rich stories of IT & C sector regionally and nationally.

The Show Case still has the support of Ozires Silva, signing the paper presentation. Aeronautical engineer, founder of Embraer, former Minister of Infrastructure and former president of Petrobras, among hundreds of titles and roles he held, Ozires is one of the most enterprising personalities contributed to the technological development of Brazil. He currently holds the position of dean of Unimonte in Santos (SP). “Simply having the doctor Ozires offers us the security that we are on track,” says Pedro Veras, entrepreneur participant and coordinator of the Board of IT & C ACS.

The Digifort participated in the Show Case IT & C Santos and Region with the report entitled “Among the best software in the world.” In it are revealed details of the history of software, since its creation, development and consolidation in the global digital electronic security. “We have to collaborate with the welfare of our industry. We have made a collective work within the ITESCS Institute of Technology (São Caetano do Sul/SP). Now, with the presence at the Show Case, reinforce the importance of strengthening the Brazilian IT industry, “said Carlos Eduardo Bonilha, executive director of Digifort.

About 100 guests attended the ceremony

Service - Together, the 24 companies participating in the project total approximately 500 employees and generated a GDP of $ 400 million per year. The Show Case IT & C Santos and Region is an initiative of the participating companies. Institutional support is the Santos Commercial Association (CHA), City of Saints and Sebrae-SP.
